About Me

Hello, I'm Nicole Langton. For decades, I have been deeply engaged in a conservation career, specializing in the protection of soil, water and maximizing ecological preservation for trail design and management in natural forest systems. I had the honour of being the voice for our silent Mother Earth and working to conserve the boundless gifts she offers us all. Now, I am committed to support the collective by tapping into the natural, restorative energy surrounding us.

I'm a certified Energy Practitioner offering Usui Reiki, registered under the Canadian Reiki Association and a modern-day shamanic practitioner of energy medicine, trained in the Q'ero lineage of Peru—an Andean tradition rooted in deep spiritual healing and transformation. My mission is to help you reconnect with yourself and create a life of balance, clarity, and healing through energy medicine. I take an alternative, holistic approach, tailoring each treatment to meet the unique needs of the individual.

My Journey to Inner Peace

We all have a story, but our response defines us. My journey began in 2008 with mental health challenges, followed by a debilitating back injury in 2012. However, 2019 was the true turning point; a traumatic motorcycle accident shifted my life’s trajectory forever. Seeking peace, I retreated to the serene shores of Lake Erie’s Inner Bay. There, I embraced Reiki and meditation to heal my emotional and physical wounds. Just as I began to adapt, a serious head injury in 2022 forced a professional pause—and a deeper inward turn. Between 2023 and 2024, I immersed myself in energy medicine and the wisdom of the Medicine Wheel, restoring my sense of self.

By the spring of 2025, I transitioned from student to practitioner. I discovered that energy medicine doesn't just promote healing; it fosters a total transformation. Today, I am no longer defined by my story—I am the creator of it.

I reside in Halton Region but spend summers by the waters of the Inner Bay in Norfolk County. Being connected to nature and her energy is a blessing that fills my cup and restores my body and soul. Let's connect and I can assist in helping you shine your light and create your new story.
