About Me

Hello, I'm Nicole Langton. For decades, I have been deeply engaged in a conservation career, specializing in the protection of soil and water and maximizing ecological preservation and working closely on trail design and management in natural forest systems. I had the honour of being the voice for our silent Mother Earth and working to conserve the boundless gifts she offers us all. Now, I am here to share and serve others using her restorative energy.

I reside in Halton Region but spend summers by the waters of the Inner Bay in Norfolk County.  Being connected to nature and her energy is a blessing that fills my energy and restores my body..

I'm a certified Energy Practitioner offering Usui Reiki, trained under the guidelines of the Canadian Reiki Association and a modern-day shamanic practitioner of energy medicine, trained in the Q'ero lineage of Peru—an Inca tradition rooted in deep spiritual healing and transformation. My mission is to help you reconnect with yourself and create a life of balance, clarity, and healing through energy medicine. I take an alternative, holistic approach, tailoring each treatment to meet the unique needs of the individual.

My Journey to Inner Peace

We all have a story. But how we respond is the difference. My healing journey began in 2008 with mental health challenges, followed by a severe, debilitating back injury in 2012. However, 2019 became a crucial year that transformed my understanding of well-being and resilience after a traumatic motorcycle accident changed my life’s trajectory. Seeking peace and recovery, I turned to the serene surroundings of the Inner Bay of Lake Erie, where I embraced Reiki and multiple forms of meditation to assist in healing my emotional, physical, and mental wounds. As I began to adapt to my new reality, another challenge emerged in 2022 with a serious fall that resulted in a head injury, prompting me to pause my professional career and refocus on healing. From 2023 to 2024 I immersed myself in energy healing and meditation, exploring techniques that resonated with me. During this period, I learned the profound teachings of Shamanic medicine and the wisdom of the Medicine Wheel, which played pivotal role in my journey towards restoring my self. In the spring of 2025, I trained to be an energy medicine practitioner, discovering that energy medicine not only promotes physical healing but also fosters transformation and tranquility—something I aspire to help others achieve. All this to say, I am no longer my story. I now make my story moving forward.

Throughout my personal journey, I have always kept my community close to my heart, sharing what I could, whenever I could. In my early twenties, while living in Toronto, I spent my weekends volunteering at the Our Lady of Mercy Wing at St. Joseph’s Hospital, providing comfort to patients. Following a back injury in 2014, I dedicated my time to the St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog program. From 2014 to 2023, our family dog Tonka and I visited senior centers, Darling Home for Kids and schools on evenings and weekends.

I also had the honor of serving as the Halton Emergency Management Coordinator for St. John Ambulance (2019–2022), providing essential services to Halton residents throughout the pandemic. Since the spring of 2025, it has been with much joy and gratitude that I offer Reiki treatments to clients, family members, and caregivers at Wellspring Birmingham Gilgan House in Oakville. This energy exchange truly fills my cup as much as it does my clients’.

I live from a place of presence, and I am here to hold the light for you until you can shine brightly on your own. Let’s connect and glow together, bringing more light into the world.
